Application:
This is filament polypropylene fiber spunbond non-woven equipment. The material is polypropylene (PP), which uses the principle of spinning artificial fibers. During the polymer filamentation process, continuous filaments are extended into a network of fibers, which are finished by mechanical hot pressing. The mechanical assembly we adopt is the advanced single-side whole groove air extraction process, the whole process from feeding to cloth output is automatic control, short production process, high production efficiency. We produce non-woven fabrics with high strength, good softness, non-toxic, antibacterial, corrosion resistance, high tensile strength, high elongation, widely used in clothing, decorative materials, medical and health materials, daily life products and industrial and agricultural fields. In addition, the production line can produce different colors, different grams, different production lines of non-woven fabrics according to user requirements.
Process Flow:
Feeding(suction, dosing, and mixing) → Melt and extruding(with recycling extruder) → Filtering → Metering → Spinning → Quenching → Air drawing → Forming → Calendering → Winding → Slitting → Product.
